Donald Joseph Qualls better known as the stage title DJ Qualls was born in the USA. He is a producer, actor and model. In addition to his Road Trip role, he has also been seen in The New Guy Hustle & Flow in addition to The Core. Alongside his role on Road Trip he has played in 22 different TV series such as Breaking Bad Supernatural Srubs Lost Law & Order and many more. A survivor of Hodgkin's lymphoma and diagnosed when he was 14 years old. Qualls is an avid fighter. After two years of treatment the cancer was cured. His body was badly affected by treatment, and development slowed down. Because he was a child of poverty, he wanted to achieve financial stability. He commented, "I've been living so frugal for so many years and I'm desperate for to have financial security, otherwise my life can seem out of control and that's not good for me." In a conversation the interviewer also talks about his childhood. He is determined to end the bullying. The cruelty inflicted on him breaks his heart. His ideal film role as well as in real life is that of father. He isn't chosen by the director to play those parts, however, he claims. In the future, he is hoping to become a father for a child.
